Greg and Ty had done the finish and trim work on our old house and did a wonderful job. They were young guys doing good things, and I kept in touch with them over the years. Greg and I always said that we should build a house together and, in November of 2007, we decided to do it.
Our home was in the Spring 2008 Parade of Homes, where it won the People's Choice Award. It's very craftsman-style in its attention to and level of detail. It's a warm, inviting home that is unpretentious while being very sophisticated.
Ty and Greg were very open and accommodating to whatever came along. They asked for and really wanted my and my wife's input every step of the way. And as a result, Jan and I really love this home.
We constantly recommend Image Builders to people who are thinking of building. They're just a very good company.

I am in construction, and so I knew how I wanted my home to be built. I'd watched other builders, and wasn't impressed with their framing or trim work. But I watched Ty and Greg over a number of months and saw that they were meticulous about the way that they were building.
They listened to me when I had a suggestion or idea that I wanted to incorporate into the house. They went out of their way to design and develop me so that it is all that I wanted it to be. The detail work is beautiful, and everything is true, straight and plumb-everything fits perfectly.
People will stop and talk with me when I'm mowing the grass, asking me about my home. And I always refer them to Image Builders.

We had decided that we wanted to build a home, and went to our bank to get pre-qualified. Our loan officer asked if we had a builder in mind, and when we said no, they recommended Image Builders.
We had bought our own lot before we chose our builder, and we talked to two or three companies. But after meeting with Greg and Ty and seeing their work, we decided to go with them. Ours is the only Image home in this subdivision, but because Image Builders has such a good reputation with the other builders, they were able to come in and build without any problems. They didn't have to prove themselves.
And now, at the neighborhood block parties, people will say, "Oh-you have the Image house."
We just love our home, including the layout and the design that we came up with. It fits our lifestyle, so everything has worked out great.
